Note:  Regarding the "Twin Forearm Blocks"
In a 'twin forearm block' you are performing two forearm blocks simultaneously, in a back stance.  The leading arm (same as leading leg) is doing an outward middle forearm block with the back of the forearm to an opponent in front of you (i.e. usually in the direction of your movement).  The non-leading arm (same as back leg) is doing a rising forearm block, blocking an attack coming from the same direction that your chest is facing.  This is not a complicated block, but describing it without pictures can be.
